Around Quiapo church

The film Santa Santita had for its setting the church of Quiapo. I was able to do some photog work last September and really, the sights around it are a spectacle: various people involved in different kinds of trade, from the religious to the not so religious.

Much much better if you can’t recall. It’s not that important. What’s important are the ideas and thoughts. Whether these ideas and thoughts embodies a candle or a crystal clear glass suspended in air or a torn shoe or a grotesque human body-it still the ideas and thoughts that matters…(Surreal? Just ride the waves!)
Ok, so back to “evolution”. This is the evolution of your own style with relation to aesthetics.(That’s why time is important-the dates. The future depends on the present and the past) I can see the technical side of the photos seems okay. But I’m not so sure of the aesthetics unless I’ve seen
most of the photos. However, I can see the Rule of Thirds in there. The subjects are good…

impressive photos partner! pang journalist ang approach. favorite ko yung quiapo and makati shots. hope we could have some fun shoot sa club soon. Regards.

What about the past photos?
It is the evolution that I want to see.
Even the very first photo that you had taken can be of significance…No comment as of now.
