Sore Muscles

Three days since I had my PowerPack 2 at Fitness First, Ayala Ave. and my pectorals and triceps are still sore but not as painful as yesterday. Sore hamstrings, quads, glutes and laterals were already recovering but never have I felt great since I was able to do hard training more than two months ago. Funny that my abs and obliques are okay despite doing three sets with weights. This afternoon, I’ll do gym work with my lady trainer, Vanessa.
Sore muslces. Pain. Muscle point of failure. Body building is such a masochistic activity.
