Binignit

Every Good Friday, typically around 1500H, the household gathers around snacks of binignit , sweet dessert that comprises landang (a jelly like extract from the trunk of the buli palm), camote (sweet potatos), ripe sab-a (a variety of banana), gabi (white and purple yam), sago (round jelly) and langka (jackfruit) cooked over a low fire and mixed with tuno (grated coconut extract, gata in Tagalog).

Mmmmm, just delicious. its always good to be back home.
