Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - George Lucas

The familiar opening music as well as the text scrolled up the screen and childhood memories flooded back. I felt being a child again back in Cebu around more than 20 years ago when, together with my mom, went to see this Star Wars flick in one of the old movie houses in Colon St. It was dark inside, full of people but the visuals were just awesome. To think that there were no sophisticated computerized effects that time and, as a young boy, this work of fiction, a saga, was just too great that I was just left in amazement. Those memories always flood back everytime I watch a Star Wars movie.
I have watched all episodes and this one completes the series’ circle. Still, it has a great story, the struggle of good and evil, great cinematography, especially that set in Thailand, and the “…its either your with me or your the enemy” line by Anakin makes me chuckle. It was not long ago that George Bush also uttered those almost same lines.
I just hope that they will bring back the original 3 episodes in theatres and relive again the story. And my childhood memories.

“attack of the clones” is better than “revenge of the sith”. also, darth vader’s cool (also is his heavy breathing), but i still like darth maul more. and the light saber scenes? they’re just fantastic.
“attachment leads to jealousy…train yourself to let go…” - yoda, “revenge of the sith”
that’s one winner line by yoda for anakin skywalker. i love that line, although i can’t remember it completely. haha.
