In for a surprise

I was at the doctor to ask for medicines due to my lingering cough that I have suffered since last week while in Tuguegarao City and after giving me my medication, I was told of my physical examination check. Other than the eye checkup (refraction error), I was surprised to learn that I had high cholesterol! 243 against the threshold of 200! Hmmm, I admit, I’ve been reckless with my food intake the past weeks and months, gorging on lechon, Breadtalk products, burgers and fries and others that wreak havoc to the system to my frequent gym skips and lazyness that is making a dent on my overall fitness. Whew! I was given a month’s supply of Lipitor to bring down the cholesterol.

I should now get serious with my gym and food intake.
