Epson P-2000

November 10th, 2005

Can’t help it but I really needed this so I got one. Used it during my last vacation in Cebu and it performed well, especially when I did some cemetery and church shoot, wherein my 4Gb of CF cards got full. However, with almost daily shoots for most days last week, it got full!

Also a good RAW viewer, its solid!

    Hi,
I think I could use an Epson P-2000. I have only a 1 GB memory card in my camera and this is not enough memory to shoot in RAW. Those memory cards are quite expensive so till now I didn’t purchased a second one.

I did some research on the Epson P-2000 and it looks nice.
    Are you happy with it?
Where in Manila did you purchased it and at what price? On the internet I saw a price around 500 USD.

I only started to take pictures of the Philippines last March but my computer is quickly getting cluttered with hundreds of pictures.
To be honest I have no clue how to order/name/archive them and how/where to store them. Now I copy them on CD’s but I am not sure it is the best way to go.
Any tips on how I should organize my pictures?

I hope you don’t mind all those questions. But since you seem to be a helpful guy I try my luck ! :-)
