V for Vendetta - James McTeigue, 2006
What a movie! A theme that’s quite significant in the political climate here in the country. People Power, corruption, deception, control, suppression, arrests… A must watch movie for doomsday proponents, militants, the opposition and anyone who’s against the current administration that will make them cheer with glee and hope that, eventually, their fragmented efforts will push through. But this is also a good watch.

Wow! A big disappointment and a blunder to watch. I was at first tempted since the trailer seems cutting edge and add to the fact that it was on THX in Glorietta 4 made me part with my hard earned bucks only to find that I was short changed! A waste of Milla Jovovich’s talent. Other than the convulted storyline, the scenes have this videogame feeling. It was just too clean, almost like a caricature, an animation.
