One thing that I’ve noticed in the streets of the four towns that I’ve visited were the color coded tricycles.
Orange tricycles can be found in Bacnotan while green ones are in Bangar.
Pink for Balaoan and blue for Luna, matching the color of their church which is blue and white.
One curious thing though, this split pink and blue plies the route between Balaoan and Luna. That doesn’t mean, however, that these bicolor trikes are exclusive to the route.
By the way, I was only able to pass by the municipality of San Juan, immediately north of San Fernando, and there tricycles are colored red.

galing ng trikes nila. and ang linis tignan! makes you think those towns are in good order..
i hope so.
