When Cebu Pacific started offering flights many years ago, they were known for Chippy (and other junk food snacks) and softdrinks for their free onboard eats and these were all from other Gokongwei products. Later it was just down to highly sugared C2 juice drink. Lately, especially this year which I only noticed, they’ve gone away with their free onboard eats and instead offered these for sale. Just look at the price list from their new Smile magazine (sorry, just took this with my camera phone) at left.
Here is the price list ($1 = PHP46)
- Spuds Potato chips - PHP100
- Nissin Cup Noodles - PHP100
- Sandwiches - PHP100
- San Miguel Beer Pale Pilsen - PHP100
- Nature’s Harvest Fruit Drink - PHP50
- C2 Juice Drink - PHP50
- Great Taste All-in-One Premium Coffee - PHP50
- Hidden Spring Mineral Water - PHP50
- Tobi’s Nuts - PHP50
- Pepsi/Diet Pepsi - PHP50
- Swiss Miss Milkshake - PHP50
If you think that this is just overpriced, don’t whine if you want to pay for cheap fares. But when you take the Manila - HK leg (or their other international routes), be prepared to bring your own food and snacks as for the entire 3 1+ hour trip, you are just consoled with eat-all-you-can Nissin Cup noodles at P50 per piece!

excuse me.. anong flight nyo going to HK? cause =FLIGHTS= took me an hour and 50mins or less than 2 hours before i reached HK..

no free onboard eats as well in their cebu-singapore flights which takes about 3 hrs and 40 mins…i took a budget airline going to Bali from S’pore but they had free snacks and drinks which quite surprised me unlike most budget airlines (like Cebu Pacific and AirAsia) which don’t serve free snacks/meals.
