Series 55: In Transit

January 31st, 2008 | No Comments

intransit_blog.jpg Travel is a passion.

Its not just getting to the destination that I revel in but, more importantly, being on the road delights me. It’s the sights, the smells, and the adventure of just heading to the undiscovered, to the unknown, or even the familiar where something new is always in store.

Series 55: In Transit is now starting at Binary Silver consisting of 15 black and white photos taken from diverse places: Tablas in Romblon, Quezon City, Makati City and Pasay City in Metro Manila, Culion in Palawan, Siocon in Zamboanga del Norte, San Jose in Nueva Vizcaya Ecija, Balaoan in La Union, Davao City, Lapulapu City in Cebu and Hongkong. This series will also celebrate my my most anticipated month of February when I just get a year older not only in life but in love.

Withdrawing Paypal funds through a Philippine bank now possible

January 29th, 2008 | 1 Comment

paypal.jpg Just read my gmail and good news! Filipinos who have Paypal can now withdraw funds through a Philippine bank! The link above explains the steps involved. There are also no charges for withdrawals above P7,000.

Adding your Philippine bank is a breeze. Just have your bank code and bank account number ready. As mine is Metrobank, the bank code is 026002846.

Now, this is really a good thing. Except that the image they used of a five peso bill is just obsolete :-)
