Globe just sucks. Yesterday, I got a text saying that I’m entitled to have 250 texts+ for having loaded a set amount during the week. Now that my ATXT20 has already expired since around 7 AM, I tried with dismay in registering for the SUPERFREE. Instead, I get this message:
Their customer hotline service already confirmed that I’m not registered with any other promos. And speaking with their hotline, they’ve just got a convoluted menu system and when you’re already sent to the queue for a live hotline, oh what a QUEUE that can last more than 15 minutes and still no one answers.
This problem is not only limited to SUPERFREE. Their SuperSurf50 has also the same problem where upon expire, it no longer automatically deactivates unless you text SuperSurf Stop. What a stupid syste.
